Serious Crash Involving School Bus, 2 Cars Shuts Bridgewater Road

Three people were hospitalized and a driver was trapped for nearly an hour in a Bridgewater crash involving a school bus and two cars Thursday afternoon, reports say.

Emergency response teams were at the scene near Blossom Drive between Brown Road and Route 202/206 at 3:20 p.m., ABC7 reports.

There were no children on the bus at the time of the crash, authorities said.

A car that appeared to have been T-boned appeared to be off the road a short distance away from where the school bus and a dark-colored SUV crashed, footage from NewsCopter7 shows.

The driver of the car carrying the three people who were hospitalized was trapped for nearly an hour, ABC7 says.

There was no word on injuries to anyone on the school bus.
